The move doesn't suffer from lag and stays active 27 frames, which makes it dreadful in a ledgetrap situation to cover different options. Besides, this attack allows you to realize some kill set ups like with the Neutral Air Bouncing Fish.
It is also one of her best moves. Even if it is one of her hardest move to master, it is essential for every combos especially when it is used to drag down your opponent by fast falling. Once again, this move is good because it can lead into smashes, and so, to kill set-ups.
